Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TaxClearVision and participants of our accounting services, bookkeeping consultation, payroll management workshops, and business development sessions. They apply to all offered accounting services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or registering for an accounting consultation, you agree to these conditions.

2. Service Engagement and Contract Formation

Engaging our accounting services can be done in person at our facility, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by TaxClearVision. For workshops and specialized accounting courses, prior registration is required as we limit participant numbers to maintain optimal service quality. The right to accounting service participation exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.

3. Service Description

Our services include accounting for businesses and individuals, bookkeeping consultation workshops, individual accounting sessions, payroll development training seminars, and complementary offerings such as personalized business plans and group consultation sessions. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. TaxClearVision reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and accounting personnel when necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If an accountant is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative session where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive accounting packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our accounting facility. Prices for specialized accounting services or custom service development are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from further accounting service participation or to charge interest according to legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Individual Accounting Sessions: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session is free of charge
    • Multi-Session Accounting Packages: Up to 7 days before commencement, 80% refund; after that, 50% refund
